Forever Homes: Overview
The Journey to Forever Homes:
Customized Care for Our Love Star Heroes
At our organization, we understand that each rescue animal undergoes a unique journey as they recover from trauma, healing, and rehabilitation. Our dedicated medical team carefully evaluates every Love Star Hero to determine their readiness for a forever home, taking into account their individual program and service needs.
Once stable, animals are placed into one of four villages based on their classification:
- Inclusive Program (multiples disabilities, limited capabilities) resides at Village of Love + Lots of Hugs and Kisses (Pets and Equines)
- Standard Program (adoptable partners) calls Pet Luxury Village and The Lindsey Graham Elite Equine Estate home
- Rainbow Home Journey (end-of-life care) resides at The Rainbow Garden of Eve - Hospice for Abused Pets and Equines
Within these villages, animals partake in various caring programs tailored to their abilities and needs:
- Comfort-Caring Program for companionship and affection
- Service-Caring Program for assistive roles
- Performance-Caring Program for those with special talents
- Hospice-Caring Program for end-of-life comfort and dignity
- Permanently Handicapped Caring Program for ongoing support and care
