Our "Love Star Heroes": America’s Promise:
No Pet Or Horse Left Behind Nor Alone. For All Other Animals, We Pledge Our Very Best

For centuries, philosophers, educators, and protection professionals have observed a chilling reality: violence against animals and violence against humans are not isolated incidents—they are inextricably linked. This "Dark Correlation" has been recognized since the 14th century, yet our institutions have historically struggled to address it with the unified, systemic approach it requires.
Voiceopin International recognizes abused animals and people as our 'LOVE STAR HEROES'—the true icons of our world. Unlike celebrities, our 'LOVE STAR HEROES' cannot step out of their roles; they endure the daily weight of trauma and instability without rest. Because they have lived and our living through the scenes that actors only pretend to play, their resilience is authentic, unparalleled, and deeply inspiring.
The Science Behind the Warning Signs
The evidence is impossible to ignore. According to the National Sheriffs’ Association, animal abuse is a common thread in the developmental histories of 25% to 66% of adult violent offenders. Furthermore, experts agree that the abuse of children and animals often exists in a self-perpetuating cycle. When an animal is abused in a home, it is a glaring "red flag" that the human inhabitants—particularly children—may be in immediate danger.
Children who witness or participate in animal cruelty are at a significantly higher risk of internalizing violence, potentially becoming abusers themselves. As Wauthier et al. (2020) noted, childhood animal cruelty is a major risk factor for later interpersonal violence. We are dealing with a public safety crisis that begins in the home.
Voiceopin International: Expanding the Definition of Protection
Since 1995, Voiceopin International has fought tirelessly against child abuse. We believe that protection must evolve. We have broadened our focus to encompass any act—against a person or an animal—that inflicts emotional, psychological, physical, or spiritual trauma.
Our core philosophy is simple: Everyone is someone’s child. A person does not stop being "someone’s child" the moment they turn 21. By treating all sentient beings with the dignity and protection they deserve, we address the root causes of trauma that fuel societal violence.
A Two-Fold Solution: The Federal Partnership
To address this, Voiceopin International is calling for a formal partnership with the Federal Government to implement two transformative initiatives:
1. The Federal Department of Animal Services
Currently, animal welfare lacks the high-level, centralized oversight needed to effectively combat abuse. By establishing a Federal Department of Animal Services, headed by a Secretary of Animal Services, we can standardize protections, improve data collection on the link to human violence, and ensure that animal welfare is prioritized as a critical component of national public safety.
2. “RISE ABOVE IT-LET’S DO IT”: A Holistic Ranch of Healing for Animals and People
As the Soi Foundation wisely states, "Rescue doesn’t end when an animal (or people) is brought to safety. It’s only the beginning."
The Rise Above-Let’s Do It Holistic Ranch For Animals And People: Where Healing Knows No Species
We are proposing the building of The Rise Above-Let’s Do It Holistic Ranch For Animals And People, a pioneering sanctuary designed to bridge the gap between animal advocacy and human wellness. Our mission is to break the cycle of trauma by providing a space where survivors—both two-legged and four-legged—can heal and learn about animals.
