THE JOURNEY OF COMPASSION –  FOUNDING LAND SPONSORSHIP TIMELINE

To ensure a seamless, transparent, and respectful onboarding process, all Founding Land Sponsors navigate the following structured eight-step journey:

• Step 1: Select Your Founding Land Sponsorship Tier: Review the available Founding Land Sponsor Tiers offered by VOICEOPIN INTERNATIONAL and select the level of participation that best resonates with you and your family.
• Step 2: Pay Fee: Choose to make a full payment or a qualifying initial deposit. If you elect to make a deposit, you are granted a strict thirty (30) day window from the date of the deposit to fulfill the remaining balance in full.
• Step 3: Contract Agreement Review and Execution: Upon full payment or deposit you will receive this official Contract Agreement for your careful review: download. You are allotted exactly three (3) days to review the terms. You must sign and return this contract via email, subject: contract via email to voiceopininternational@gmail.com by the end of the third day at exactly 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The contract must be notarized.
• Step 5: Participation Decision & Administrative Fees: If you decide during the 3-day review window not to proceed with the agreement, you must submit a written refund request before the deadline of the 3rd day at 11:59 PM EST. Please note that all agreements include a modest, non-refundable administrative fee dedicated to covering basic setup and processing costs, scaled by tier:
• $100.00: Visionary Patron down to Heart Keeper tiers.
• $50.00: Friend of Healing and Bloom Supporter tiers.
• $20.00: Plaque Patron tier.
• $2.00: Light Beacon tier.

• Step 6: Welcome to the Family: Welcome to our compassionate community!
• Paid in Full: Sponsors who have paid in full will receive a comprehensive welcome letter and physical package delivered via  snail regular mail within ten (10) days of contract signing.
• Deposit Only: Sponsors utilizing the deposit option will receive an acknowledgment letter via email two (2) days after signing, followed by friendly weekly payment reminders until the balance is cleared.
• Step 7: Perks Distribution: You will receive regular updates regarding the timeline for distributing your tier-specific perks. While certain welcome perks are distributed immediately, other perks are synchronized with the physical building and development timeline of the ranch. And retreat center.
• Step 8: Newsletters and Financial Transparency: Committed to total transparency, VOICEOPIN INTERNATIONAL distributes weekly newsletters and comprehensive financial reports to our sponsors. Please note: Detailed financial reports are exclusively distributed to only to those sponsors who qualify to receive them.  Refer to your Tier level.

SECTION 4: TERMS AND TERMINATION

1. Default of Payment: Failure to complete the remaining balance within the designated thirty (30) day deposit window will result in the forfeiture of the sponsorship reservation, subject to the retention of the non-refundable administrative fees outlined in Step 5.
