Founder
My name is Gwyn McClellan. Some people know me as Dr. Gwyn McClellan or Dr. Gwyndolyn McClellan. Since 1995, I have poured my heart, my time, and every spare penny into forging Voiceopin International into a global catalyst for ending the systematic abuse of the vulnerable—a crisis that knows no borders and spares neither person nor animal.

This journey began in the shadow of tragedy, sparked by the heartbreaking death of seven-year-old Lucas Ciambrone (1995), an event that birthed in me a vision of a world where such horrors could no longer remain hidden. From that first newsletter to the halls of power, I have encouraged and worked with world leaders, legislators, and ordinary citizens, relentlessly pressing the truth that child abuse prevention is not merely a peripheral policy concern, but a paramount human rights emergency.
Today, that advocacy is woven into the agendas of the United Nations, the U.S. Congress, and national governments across the globe. I am proud to have helped persuade Australia to establish its first National Apology to Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Victims museum and I had sought to have every country build a child abuse museum. Voiceopin remains a steadfast, bipartisan force—we are not a political lobbying group, but rather a dedicated partner for change, recognizing that if we are to secure a future for the defenseless, we must be willing to engage directly with those in power.
Over the years, I have often served as the "loud voice in the background," a driving force behind the scenes who remains unseen, preferring the progress of the mission over the vanity of the spotlight. The road has not been easy; I have endured the theft of my projects and deliberate attempts to discredit my work. Yet, none of these obstacles have dimmed the fire that burns within me. I continue to stand as a shield for those who have no voice, relentless in my pursuit of justice and committed to hearing the cries of the abused until the cycle is finally, irreversibly broken and diminished.
DOING GOOD DEEDS
We shall travel through this earth only one time.
What we do while we are here will determine
Where we go when we leave or even if we will be remembered.
How shall you live your life while you are here?
Shall you give to those who are less fortunate than you?
Shall you stop to help someone who seems to be lost and lonely?
Shall you comfort those who are mourning, in pain, and hurting?
Shall you spend quality time with God in prayer and meditation,
Even on those days when you have no pain or sorrow, but the
Sun shines brightly for you and your life is going well.
If you see a stray animal lying hurt or wandering aimlessly,
Shall you go to give it aid, feed it if it is hungry, or find it a home if it has none?
If your elderly neighbor is all alone, shall you go to visit,
Help out when help is needed?
If you can say yes to these questions, then when you pass from this earth,
You shall always be remembered and be in people’s hearts as a
Thought of yesterday for you have made a difference in
The lives of those who needed a helping hand. Think about
Your loved ones who have gone before you, don’t you remember
Those who reached out their hands to help others?
Don't they have a special place in your heart and soul?
You, too, shall not be forgotten …
You, too, shall always be remembered. And when you leave this earth,
You will surely be heaven bound for you see you earned your
WINGS TO FLY WITH GOD while you were here on earth DOING GOOD DEEDS.
