CHARTER OF THE NATIONAL COMMITMENT TO COMPASSION

ARTICLE I: THE MANDATE
There is hereby established a National Commitment to Compassion. This mandate serves as the authoritative foundation for the protection, care, and honoring of sentient life across the nation.
