A Journey of Compassion: Your Sponsorship Timeline
Becoming a land sponsor to help secure forever homes for abused animals is a transparent and structured process designed to keep you informed every step of the way. To begin, simply navigate to the "Land Sponsors" section above and select your desired level of sponsorship.
Day 1: Registration and Deposit Upon signing up, you will pay a deposit fee specific to your chosen sponsorship level and instantly receive your official deposit certificate.
Day 2: Welcome Letter and Agreement Within 48 hours, a confidential Welcome Letter will land in your email inbox, containing your official Sponsorship Agreement. This marks the beginning of a three-day refundable period, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the third day. Should you need to request a refund, you must notify us before this deadline. Please note that all agreements include a small, non-refundable administrative fee to cover setup costs, which varies by tier: $100.00 for Visionary Patron down to Heart Keeper; $50.00 for Friend of Healing and Bloom Supporter; $20.00 for Plaque Patron; and just $2.00 for the Light Beacon level.
Day 5: Welcome Packet and Ongoing Updates By the fifth day, you will receive your comprehensive Welcome Packet, which includes our newsletter. Moving forward, you will also receive weekly Statements of Expenses and Revenues to ensure complete financial transparency.
The Period of Uncertainty and Land Acquisition We currently have our sights set on potential land acquisitions in Florida and Georgia. As soon as sufficient funding is reached, we will immediately close on the property.
The Day After Closing Once the land purchase is finalized, you will be promptly notified with the exact location and details. We will also outline the procedures for rolling out your sponsorship perks.
Transparency is our number one commitment to you. Our team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST by phone or email to answer any questions or address any concerns. Thank you for being a vital part of our family and for aiding us in providing safe, forever homes for abused animals.
