Our Request: The purpose of this proposal is to invite the federal government to partner with Voiceopin International and its Subsidiary Stars For Business Success in launching the Department of Animal Services and the Rise Above It-Let's Do It  Holistic Healing Ranch For Animals And Pets.

The Bottom Line:

Harmonizing Law with Values Public perception has shifted. Animals are no longer mere "property"; they are sentient beings entitled to dignity and safety. Yet, our current legal framework remains fragmented and outdated.

When the federal government mandates strong, nationwide protections, it sends a clear message: animal abuse is not a minor local issue, but a moral failing that our society will no longer tolerate. It is time for our national leadership to mirror the compassion of its citizens and become the champion that millions of vulnerable animals desperately need.
